Occupy THIS: In your heart lies the answer to world peace!
This message is brought to you by I Love Yoga
Namaste Y’all,
What I want to talk to you about is being whole and complete
And what that involves is being whole and complete with yourself but also with other, being whole and complete with one another.
When we say Namaste, it literally means I bow to the light inside of you. And it’s in recognition that that light inside of you is the same light that’s inside of me, therefore, we are one, unites
When we are withholding love, feeling resentment, feeing negativity towards another human being, whoever it may be, we are then left incomplete within ourself. And when we complete that, when we even just communicate to that person how we feel, coming from a space of love- it can be really powerful not only for us but for the other person too.
When we shoe that compassion, that love, that openness to be whole with other human beings- You know our hopes for peace and love on the planet really depends on each on of us finding and creating peace and love inside of us. And who better to do it with than with the people closest to us,
We have wars in our own families . We have wars I our enterprises, we have war in our own communities. We must bring peace to our families and our communities before we can see real peace on a bigger scale, peace on earth, peace on the planet.
So what does it look like? Looking around you, who are the people you are withholding your love from , who are the people – that when you think about them- your heart is closed, How can we open our hearts to each other- to bring that peace, that love and that union right here- so we can radiate it out on a bigger scale. Open our heart.
Namaste, I Love you so much
